We currently ship within New Zealand only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.


Delivery Issues


Delayed Deliveries: While we strive to meet our delivery timeframes, delays can sometimes occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Please allow extra time during peak periods such as holidays.


Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist in resolving the issue promptly.


Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. If you need to update your address,

 Address changes may not be possible once the order has been processed.
